Hi, I have used this forum for quite some time now and found it extremely helpful... I searched and could not find anyone else with this new problem I am having... I hope someone can help. I am using RB751 with a Hotspot running on a bridge with ether5 and wlan1. My wan port is ether 1 and I have 1 more bridge running with ether2,3,4 and I use that for running the offices. I am using User Mananger to control the hotspot. I am very happy with it.

Problem: Often when I am logging onto the Usermanager from the bridge running ether 2,3,4 it does not always get to the login page and even when it does it hangs on the "Please wait" screen after pressing ok. One of ways I get around this is to log onto the router through the web interface or Winbox and reboot it... then I manage to log onto the user manager 1st time... I really don't want to have to reboot the router every time I want to get into the user manager though.

try using wan IP

Also experiencing this issue after clearing the User Manager database in an attempt to fix it.

Can anyone tell me when you get this message (Please Wait and browser stop responding) , what is your CPU statues? is it using %100 ??

I have the same problem the CPU is just 3 - 5 % loaded

Just change ip service port to 81. so like 192.x.x.x:81/userman

Hi again, we tested the port 81 as well as 99 and few others. Unfortunatelly, it didn't help. Does anyone have any other idea?

I think it happens after creating a voucher template, with lot of html/javascript code
How can I solve that?

Any possibility to remove voucher templates somehow without /userman?
