I am running Mikrotik Hotspot on my network and also file shareing server with window server 2003

Eth 1 LAN- 192.168.200.1/24
Eth 2 WAN-192.168.11.1/24

now i want to add one Mikrotik router to control file shareing bandwidth and limiting it by per ip address.

so i configure a simple mikrotik raouter by assigning ip address to the eth. and create simple quee per ip addres. and attached file shareing server behind this mikrotik and i test it on single pc. and its working fine.
there is two eth
Eth 1= 192.168.150.1/24.... its wire attached to File server via Switch
eth 2 = 192.168.200.2/24... its wire attached to hotsopt network

when i attach this mikrotik router wire to hotspot network then on client file server failes to open
\\192.168.150.2 gives me error. and when i unplug its wire from hotspot network its agian working fine

can i know why its doing so???

Realy Glad to see your (harrysuccess & syahjo) replies and realy thanks for your time for replying me.

But sir i dont know how to bind it.
i configure both server sepratly and they works fine individualy . i didnt create any specific filter (NAT or MANGLE) rules in both servers

so guide me how can i bind them? what rules i have to create to full filllt his task.

individualy they works fine. but when i put hotspot and file server mikrotik router wire in one switch. then i failed to open \\server cammand.
