I have found rather strange behavior of nstreme v13 (and v11 and v12 I believe) with this module.

It would perform much worse than the MikroTik brand 5G/ABM, signal levels lower than the expected (due to lower power output). I had even an setup, where it would not connect at 1-2km distance (with rather large antennas, ans signal level of -54 dB). Also, there were significant/random high rtt delays. It would also not connect at certain frequencies (however replacing the module with D-Link DWL-AB520 which is too low-powered does not exibit such behavior).

Turning nstreme off made this (later) link work wonderfully.

Does anyone have explanation of this? Unfortunately I do not have MikroTik branded 5212 module to test.

I can confirm, I was not able to connect on the lowest possible frequency. Everything else works, so there could be probably some typo in source code or so.
