is there a way to succesfully connect a routerboard device like groove or metal with a ubiquity bullet or nanostation in WDS mode?

i own a hotspot on a Metal 2shpn that runs fine. but i have 2 customers that want to use their ubiquity products to connect to me. i managed to connect them to me and they get to the auth screen at first login. they can loggin with their usermanager details but after that they stay connected forever. also i cant see their mac addresses in the active users plus hotspot doesnt make the necessary checks like idle time or keep alive or session time.

any ideas what could be wrong ? is it the WDS thing that i need to do in order to fix that?

thanks

What might be wrong is that their clients are masqueraded behind the UBNT. Or do they only have one PC connected behind the UBNT ?
