I setup mikrotik with pppoe server
Is it possible for bandwidth on outside interface for example to be limited around on 130mbps and nothing above that? (no limitation in simple queue and queue tree)
gigabith interfaces on both side (cisco and mikrotik)

ISP has on metro ethernet link with vlan and my router pppoe server is on mru 1492 mtu 1492 also change tcpmss is no and in mangle i set dynamical mss to 1452 (customers are all on ethernet)

try simple firewall rule then...
