MultiNat - One ISP, Multiple WAN IPs

Hi All
Maybe a silly question, but I have an ADSL connection with 4 static IP addresses (2 Useable), but I can't figure out how to get both addresses onto my mikrotik.
The Mikrotik is behind a Draytek 120 Bridge Modem. On other ADSL modem/routers such as bigger drayteks, they have a section named "multinat" where you can enter your other wan IP addresses, like here...
http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/kb_vigor_multinat.html

In my configuration, I have the mikrotik making the PPP session to the ISP and this picks up one of the static IPs correctly, but how can I get the other?
Thanks!
Richard
