This question has been asked repeatedly and no one has ever given the answer including support.
HOW TO BYPASS THE HOTSPOT QUEUES FOR CACHE HITS OR SOME OTHER SERVER.

for bypass the queue simple use queue-tree and mangle.
first mark paquet in mangle for/from the server and in the queue-tree select the fisical interface as parent

There is a more elegant way. Hotspot has an option to set DSCP bit for hits. Then create a mangle rule that mangles traffic where DSCP = X and then give that traffic it's own queue.
