anyone know how to use the userman(Burst Rate, Burst Threshold, Burst time)?
What is this 3 for?

The burst rate it is the Max speed for the user can burst?

Burst Threshold it is the max size that the user can burst?
If i set 3MB, it is it only boost for 3MB when the user start login to hotpot network?
Or every new link?

Burst time it is time that burst for each user?
If i set to 15s, it is the line just boost for 15s when the user start connect to the network?
Or every new website link?
