src address 255.255.255.255 and dst 0.0.0.0 causing traffic

This is an odd one.
In my /tool torch i see traffic being generated from "SRC Address: 255.255.255.255" and "Dst Address: 0.0.0.0/0"
What could this be and how do trace/fix?
please advise.

That is a broadcast ip. Normally, those in that combination would be a dhcp transaction, but the ports are not correct for that.
