@wildbill422, firstly this looks bad, I've never had to see such a site on any of my boards but I hope this didn't affect nearby SMD components. When you are getting these replaced make sure that the ones you get have a better temperature and voltage rating. It is a common practice in my firm to order capacitors of double the rating than what's required on the board, just to be on the safe side. This not only protects against such incidents but also caters if there's any voltage spikes or so on. I'd advice using capacitors from KEMET, they are a bit costly but you never have to look at any such sites on the designed boards. Cheers.
