ADSL Support

adding an adsl support will be crazy option if you include teaming connection for 2 interface

The only way I know how to do it is to use an external ADSL modem. I have a few setups like this.

but every Ext modem I have seen sucks !!

While not cheap, Paradyne modems are pretty much one of the best out there. Very compatible with most systems.

We would love to see some DSL hardware support too... :cry:

Just set you modem to bridged PPPoA as per http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php ... ight=pppoa.

It works for me using a normal Linksys modem.

Hi all,

Here in Australia we have many SHDSL connections.
I have a few SHDSL modems which work fine and sync up but I cannot get the MTs to authenticate via PPPoE.
The ISP tells me that only PPPoA is supported.

So I'm not sure the above works, can anyone else confirm this ?
