I have tried Mikrotik UserManage and it doesn't suit me, I wanted a more complete software with the management of the consumers and possible tickets through email

It doesn't matter from where I buy it, enough that work well..

use google you will find lots of software for billing ,
some are like DMAsoft, Antamedia ( best I am using it since one year), ful returns of your money
