station vs station bridge, can anybody confirm huge diff?

Wed Sep 11, 2013 4:45 am

Hello,
I made some discovery on my PtP link 12km, 5ghz a/n, 25mhz*2 channel width with nstreme.
The ONLY difference between those two configs is that station works in station and later in station bridge mode.
Can anybody confirm huge difference in latency, ccq, thruput?

I'm quite astonished that it has so huge impact on wireless :/
P throughput looks odd but btest confirms that its false prediction of link capacity.

Its not a huge difference. The ccq is only 5-10% better and the ping is much the same. It can just fluctuate like that a bit.

There are reasons why each mode can perform differently:

If you do a bandwidth test to see if there is actual difference in throughput?
