Upgrading MT & missing licence

I was using mikrotik 3.30 for a few years and today I decided to upgrade to version 6.4
So I installed 6.4 to a new flash, and imported the exported configuration from version 3.30
While I expect my registration key to arrive and although I have remaining hours before trial expires, MT is not working as expected. Routing table is populated but packets are not routed correctly!
Is this a limitation of 24h level-0 licence or something is wrong with the new instalaltion?
Thank you

If the trial has expired you will know but there are no other limits I am aware of. What exactly is happening?

I receive routes from the BGP neighbors.
However, when I use the mikrotik as gateway (from my lan), the traffic is stuck and I cannot access anything!
When I traceroute a remote IP, I reach the WAN interface IP and then there is no reply
I have restarted my MT and the BGP neighbors.
When the 24h trial expires, will I be able to set the key through the lan interface?

Hi,
You can not use new flash. You have to upgrade at existing flash but the problem is your current version is 3. You can not upgrade it to version 6. MikroTik supports following version upgrade.
L3/4 = current version + 1 = can use
L5/6 = current version + 2 = can use
eg. L5/6 = v3 + 2 = v5.21 you can use
Examples:
If current version is ROS v3, L3 and L4 will work with v3.1, v3.20, v4,1, v4.20 but NOT v5.0 and beyond
If current version is ROS v3, L5 and L6 will work with v3.1, v3.20, v4.1, v4.20 and also v5beta1 but NOT v6.0 and beyond
If current version would be ROS v4, L5 and L6 will work with v4.1, v4.20, v5.1, v5.20 and also v6beta to v6.99 but NOT v7

I will use a new flash plus a new licence (which I expect tomorrow). At the moment I am using the level 0 licence.
[I also had a licence for the old v3.30 which include updates up to v3]
I have exported the configuration from v3, and imported it to v6 (new flash, new licence).
Can this cause problems and so I have upgrade versions step-by-step? (upgrade to version 4, then to version 5 and finally to version 6) ?
Otherwise I have to configure everything after resetting configration ?

No vlans are configured.
The problem was solved after resetting the whole configuration and configuring everything from scratch
In the meantime, MT support proposed to delete all interfaces IPs and BGP configuration, then reconfigure those and check if it is working. This didnt work
