Traffic between two networks

The first box is linux router which route two networks.The clients are from one ethernet network and there are two virtual interfaces on the router (192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 ).I want the traffic between two networks (192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24) to be routed by mt router (swowed on scheme) and all other traffic by lin router.I know that this may be done by linux,but the cpu usage will be on 100%.So i think to bridge the two nics on mt but how to forward only traffic for this two networks?
