set High Anonymity proxy in Mikrotik router

I can able to set web proxy server with Mikrotik router, but I want to setup high Anonymity proxy with Mikrotik router. I have searched in wiki mikrotik but I don't but any material.
Can I integrate High Anonymity proxy with Mikrotik router or should I need other software?

not possible integrate anonymous proxy.

best way - Anonymous VPN + Mangle.

Can you elaborate what Mangle rule should I establish and How can I use anonymous VPN with Mikrotik router.

In this case shouldn't I need web-proxy integration with mikrotik router?
