enable-jumper-reset not working

ROS 6.5

/system routerboard settings> print
          boot-device: nand-if-fail-then-ethernet
          cpu-frequency: 600MHz
          boot-protocol: bootp
          force-backup-booter: no
          silent-boot: no
/system routerboard settings> set enable-jumper-reset=yes
/system routerboard settings> print
          boot-device: nand-if-fail-then-ethernet
          cpu-frequency: 600MHz
          boot-protocol: bootp
          force-backup-booter: no
          silent-boot: no

Is it supposed to be like this? Winbox have this option but it's not working as well.

Is there any other way to disable reset button on this device?
