Hello,

I have two of these devices and tryied turning them on using data + power cable which came with the device and the 24VDC adapter.

However don't see the power or the user LED turning on. In addition no activity for the network port connected to laptop.

Any suggestions please ?

Make sure the Power end is directed to the SXT, not the Laptop. Check this out:
