x86 Intel(R) mikrotik v5.20 freezes time to time

HI there i have a problem that is occuring often lately, i have two mikrotik routers x86 with version 5.20 on them, they are both configured for PPPoE client service. The problem i have is that time to time one of this routers get freezed, when i say freeze i mean i can access the router but i don't see any thing in any menu or submenu and at the same time all the clients assoicated with it get disconnected. I have to reboot the router to make it work again. Oh i forgot to mention that i tried updating to the latest version some time ago and it happened again so i thought it has to be a bug and downgrade it to 5.20 again.
Hope i'm creating this topic in the right place and hope to get an idea on what should be the problem that causes this freeze.
