PPTP High Latency via Win7

Dear all,
Today i try to create pptpd using rb750. I'm using 10.3.7.1 as router ip and 192.168.10.1 as pptp-local-ip. remote ip set by pool.
On remote area im using win7 as pptp client.
Problem are when pptp connected and I try to ping 192.168.10.1, latency raised. Totaly different when I try to ping router ip.
As shown on below:
Just try to using another l2tp, sstp, still got same result. Just try to upgrade ROS to latest 5.26 but not working. Not yet try beta version.
Thereis any idea please?
