Hi!! Everybody

I have an issue to access my router board.

i am using the RB1100AHX2.
I have small issue about my router board.I have a broadband 10MB line. ISP can't given the public IP's to me. it's setup the connection via PPPOE mode, when ever i connected, ISP dynamically assigned the public IP. These username and password will be I assigned on NETGEAR JNR n150 router, then i assigned a local ip to my RB1100AHx2. It will working fine no problem. I need access my router when i am out side, is it possible to connect any other method?
Kindly solve my issue with my solution.
