hi,
i have rb2011ls-in with 5.26 routeros,
i want to upgrade to 4.17, after this procedure he don't want to respond. when i plug in cable port eth1 - eth5 start light indicator led, but when i plug to eth6-eth10 don't light.

I try to restore with netinstall 5.25 and 6.7 , all step by step like in manual for 2011ls:
"Release the button after LED is no longer flashing (~20 seconds) to cause device to look for Netinstall servers
(required for reinstalling RouterOS over network)"

but no result, netinstall can't see board.

I need help how to restore my board.

Have you the network card from pc or laptop a fixed IP-address?

RouterBOARD 2011 does not work with v4.x
Please reinstall your RouterBOARD with Netinstall and put RouterOS 5.26 or 6.7.

can't reinstall? netinstall can't see board.

yes.
i did all like in manual for netinstall in wiki.but no result

Try to use reset button on RB2011,
- power on the board;
- push reset button within 2 seconds after power is applied;
- hold reset button for ~15 seconds;
- release reset button.

Make sure Netinstall computer is connected to Ether1 port, and correct configuration is applied for it,
