"system sup-output" hangs at 6% on ROS6.7

I'm running 6.7 on a CCR1016-12G and need to file a support request. So I go to a terminal and run:

[admin@router]> system sup-output
created: 6%
-- [Q quit|D dump|C-z pause]

It sits here. No file supout.rif file appears. Profile shows that the system is overwhelmingly idle.

I can interrupt the system sup-output command, but I can't seem to generate a support file.

Any ideas? I'd open a ticket, but I need the supout file to do so...

Of course, I posted this question and the command finished. Never mind.

It took far longer than I expected, but I didn't think to time it. More than 15 minutes, less than 90 minutes, for the benefit of anyone else who experiences this issue.
