Do the hosts on each of these networks have the RB1100 set as their default gateway? Do you have filters set in IP Firewall?

ip address at ethernet 5 is 192.168.7.1/24 subnet 255.255.255.0 default gateway 192.168.7.1 and dns 8.8.8.8
ethernet 6 is 192.168.0.1/24 subnet 255.255.255.0 default gateway 192.168.0.1 and dns 8.8.8.8
what is the wrong?

first add bridge and put ports 5 and 6 in that bridge
then put IP addresses for eth5 192.168.7.1/21 and for eth6 192.168.0.1/21
now I guess you can ping from eth5 to eth6

This is not the solution.
If ports are bridged, they are supposed to be in the same broadcast domain.
Both ether5 and ether6 should be single configured, each with an IP address.
