I am using a mikrotik cloud core as load balance with 3 ADSL lines through PPPoE with PCC
I will try and explain what I wish to do as much as I can.

Each ADSL line has 1MB up and 12MB down.

Is it possible to set a Limit on each ADSL Line (Each PPPoE connection)

For Example...

ADSL 1 (PPPoE 1) is at it`s maximum upload almost 1MB because it is at its maximum that next connection that is made will use DSL 2 or DSL 3
When DSL 2 Upload is at it`s maximum the next connection will use DSL 3

And when not at its maximum the Load Balance works as normal.
