I have a department with 3 computers running windows xp service park 3 and a network printer with ip 192.168.0.10.
Before installing Mikrotik, they all managed to print and scan over the network BUT after installing Mikrotik they can't reach the printer.
I have observed if I use windows 7 i can reach the printer and be able to print and scan.
So what can I do to make them print and scan using windows xp and mikrotik on?

Are printer and computers on de same network?
Mayby is IP-address from printer changed and must i reinstall the printer software.

Yes they are on the same network. The IP on the printer is static and if i ping the printer from windows xp i don't get through but i see the IP on the mikrotik.
