IPSec VPN

Mon Feb 10, 2014 7:07 pm

I am new to CCR and would like to create a VPN concentrator using IPSec with 3DES. I've tested Site to site using 2 MT's. How do i connect more than 2 remote site to a central (common) MT?

Would site to site be better or should i consider road warrior method? All remote sites will be using MT's.

Appreciate your help in advance.

Hi JanezFord,

I'm now encountering a different problem. I am unable to VPN in to MT using a Window 8 laptop. I noticed in the IPsec-Installed SA window that there seems to be just one way communication, the Current Bytes count only climbs from laptop to MT and the other way stays at 0. Cant seem to figure this out.

Thanks

Have you checked your firewall rules?

I cant seem to get this to work even after going thru the presentations.

I really like to get IPsec VPN to work...which method would be recommended? The remote sides will have different subnets...a requirement from the client.

Appreciate any assistance.
