Writing to flash continuoisly and RB750 router goes hang

Dear,
Under my RB750 using ROS 5.26 there is user under 100 and i am not
using web proxy. Using user manager for few clients of hotspot.
But thought web proxy is not enable it shows uptime and running web proxy.
But my router writes continuously in flash and that takes 100% of CPU
usage. For this reason it it hang and dont work within 4 or 5 hours of
statrup.
Please help me.
