we are not able to see configuration while using winbox but it is shows when we login in GUI with same user name and password

What screen see you on your screen? printscreen pleace

If you mean that Winbox doesn't show config, and Webfig does, make sure that you use the IP address in Winbox, not MAC. MAC address communication is often slower than IP, and configuration can take a while to load.
