So I've got a main mikrotik router using the 192.168.2.x subnet. I've also got two remote offices, one using 192.168.3.x and the other 192.168.11.x. From the main router, I can ping devices on the remote networks. Also, the remote networks are able to see the devices on the 2.x subnet. However, I can't see devices on the remote subnets from any device on the 2.x subnet, even though the router can. I've got static routes setup with the dst. address of 3.x pointing to 172.16.0.2 and the 11.x pointing to 172.16.0.3. What am I doing wrong? How do I get my main office to be able to see remote devices?

You should post "/ip firewall nat print" and "/ip firewall filter print" in the main router.

Have you tried traceroute to the remote devices from the 192.168.2.x devices?
