Im stumped

Partner of mine has the Routerboard with the RouterOS for Wifi....he had it setup and working at his location.
we turn it off, took it do another location.
nothing
it turns on and looks like everything is normal....but the SSID is gone. I can't connect to it at all. I've been looking around the site for settings for serial port access but can't find any.
any idea on why it might have just vanished.....
