Is the S+85DLC03D transceiver compatible only with CCR routers or it is compatible with other brand switch and interface cards?

I'm looking to connect a remote server with a fiber link to a switch with SFP+ port and since these transceivers costs like one third of the cheaper I've found I'd like to use it.
