SNMP / PPPoE Dynamic Map with username and IP

I have PPPoE clients being served real IP's from the MT box.
At the moment I am scanning the network using PING and when the users come online I see their IP address and a green box however when they dissconnect anr reconnect under a new IP the box turns red and a new box is created.
I would like to use SNMP to auto-scan for PPPoE clients and have their name displayed as well as their IP. Is there a way to do this?
On the client end they are not using MT routers and their connection methods can be anything from a MS PPPoE connection or a simple firewall/router
