I use caller-ID option from User Manager OR local Secrets Options,
since many users have two computers at there home, and sometimes they want to connect laptop, and some times desktop pc, How can I allow allow two mac address in Caller-ID (so that only one session at a time can be connected from either laptop or desktop)

No, do not use caller-id, simply limit to one device at time.
