Can't connect with Winbox

Recently I have started to administrate a net with a rb 800. I am having problems trying to connect to the router with Winbox. Only with telnet I have no problems, but I don't have experience working with it.
Here is the result of the /ip service print command. As you can see everything seems to be fine.
Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid
# NAME PORT ADDRESS CERTIFICATE

When I try to connect with Winbox I get the message "Downloading plugins from 10.4.2.1" but nothing else. Also to put the ip address in the browser doesn't help. It doesn't show anything. Any idea?
The problem seems to affect not only the router, but also a switcher I have in the net. It also denied me the entrance by the browser but with telnet everything work fine. I really don't know where can be the problem, please help me with this!

There may be a firewall restricting access.

What is in /ip firewall filter?

I'm sorry because of the late answer. I was without access to the net.
The router gave the next answer

[admin@MikroTik] > /ip firewall filter
[admin@MikroTik] /ip firewall filter> print all stats
Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid, D - dynamic
# CHAIN ACTION BYTES PACKETS

So, there is not any restriction in the firewall.
Anything else?

Be aware you can click on the Mac Address using winbox, Or the IP address. Whichever you click on. Also you might need to change your network sharing center connections. See http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=84903 on that.

That can indeed effect it.

Else, Reset your router and start over, thats the last draw.
