Credit Card Authorisation

Hello, I have tried to get my credit card authorised. i checked with my bank and they don't seem to have any auth code from www.mikrotik.com the only extra number that shows up on the statement, i have tried that but it is not working.
how do i go about solving this problem?
agreed it's a silly problem but its keeping me from making purchases.
