How enable receive sms

/tool sms> set receive-enabled=yes keep-max-sms=50 channel=3
failure: Can't change settings while receive-enabled is on!

/tool sms> set receive-enabled=yes

enabled receive
after reboot sms receive disabled. Why ?

Hello,

this is a MikroTik RouterBoard or also called router.
And in normal cases, terms and conditions it is very useful;
- to call your Router and change the configuration
- to send an alarm to the admin (you) if something goes wrong inside of your network

Perhaps a script or two should solve your problem right I mean something like a start
script that is enabling the modem and/or activating the option to send sms.
Or plain find out if this commands that is enabling the function can be made permanent.
