How can I remove a chain from filter options?

In my "/ip firewall filter> print where chain=" there are listed old items.
I have created 2 new chains "inet-to-ssh" and "inet-to-winbox" earlier. Then I used these chains as jump-targets. After it became unnecessary, I deleted jump-targets and all rules in these chains. But I still continue to see old chain names in filtering list.
Printscreen is attaches (for Winbox and terminal filtering choice lists)

If everything has been removed which referenced the old chains, then just reboot and they go away.

I rebooted device. Phantom chain names remain in the list.
I tried to find these names in the file "export.rsc". Nothing found.
(File was created by command: / export verbose file="export")
Something is wrong?

Simply export all filter rules, delete all, reimport all.
The export export the current configuration, but the system remember the old value of one entry, if you ONLY disable them and not "overwrite", untill you delete them.
The same thing happen also on packet mark, connection mark, address-list, etc.
This behavior happen from RouterOS 2.9.27 but i never open a ticket for that.
