notification how to

I want to excute on server some program .exe when some of deice down and i don't know how to run this program!?
I'm tired testing all know command (path) like
C:\myfolder\myprogram.exe; C:\\myfolder\\myprogram.exe; myprogram.exe; .......
Offcourse I have notification "excute on server"
