Hello,

I'm using RouterOS v5.24
All computers have dynamic IP address.
I have 5 computers and want to configure below rules by mac address.

Computer A: block access for all websites except specified websites, can't send email from Outlook or free mail services (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) and can't chat thru YM or Skype or Google Talk

Computer B: block access for all websites except specified websites, can send email from Microsoft Outlook, but can't send email from free mail services (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) and can chat thru YM or Skype or Google Talk

Computer C: block access for all websites except specified websites, can send email from Microsoft Outlook and can send email from free mail services (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) and can chat thru YM or Skype or Google Talk

Computer D: can access all websites, send email and chat

Computer E: block access to internet

Please guide me how to configure this rules. I don't know much about networking, so I hope you can guide me more details.

I believe using layer 7 and the MKTK as a transparent proxy can solve 90% of this but it won't be easy. Rest.... use firewall.
For a beginner I won't go anywhere MAC addresses... firewalling on layer 2 is a pain.
