Simple Queue in Hotspot

Hi
What is the implication of the Simple Queue named hs-<server1> which is created dynamically while creation of a hotspot ( server1 ) ? I am seeing it is consuming a huge lot of unaccounted bandwidth as upload and download . From where the bandwidth is showing there ?

I haven't verified it, but that is normally unauthorized clients attempting to access pages outside the hotspot. It could be websites in the walled garden, or the login page.

The download and upload traffic showing in the dynamic simple queue entry corresponding to hotspot is exactly same as the interface traffic rate on which the hotspot is running. This is for sure , I have checked.
My all hotspot users download and upload are creating only PCQs. Thereby I am getting a view of download and upload traffic hitting PCQs , download traffic in PCQ is more or less match with the download traffic of interface, but I am getting no relation of upload traffic of interface and the PCQ.
This is the problem. Attached a screenshot for your perusal.
