I would link to establish a link between tow point and I need to 100/100 Mbps (200 Mbps)
Can help me what wireless card and routerboard must be used?

If you already answered all the questions about environment, noise, distance, fresnel zone, local law requirements and others, then you can use whatever 5GHz device with dual polarisation, starting from sxt lite 5 for example. If it will fit depends on the topics I mentioned above.

Yes! Its possible. but if you can wait will be better because Mikrotik now is supporting
802.11AC and soon they will have a good 5Ghz 802.11ac outdoor products and you can use it for PTP with more than 500mbps throw-put
