VPN from Firewall not Working

Hi,
I have a Mikrotik B2011 which I am using on my BT Infinity Broadband. I have the BT modem plugged in to ether6 with PPPOE set up and the Two Devices (Both Firewalls) programmed with Static IP addresses plugged in also and the ports are bridged.
One of the Plugged in devices is a Juniper SRX which has a site to site VPN programmed, This was previously working when I was using port ether1 on the Mikrotik but I had speed issues so moved to ether6 and since then I cant get the VPN to connect.
I have tried many rules in the firewall including disabling all, When all were enabled I only had packets hitting my accept rules so nothing was blocked.
Any pointers would be good, this is my first Mikrotik and struggling a bit.
