hi everyone.
i am new here. i have a problem but i can't get a proper solution. I'm using routerOs 5.20. My wan link is 110Mib. My problem is i want to give 1mb to every single user for browsing but download must be limited as i choose. is it possible. plz help me.

Browsing is fine, but download is your choice.
