EoIP over PPTP bug when Router Board 750GL gets 100% CPU

Fri Sep 05, 2014 10:22 am

I have done an EoIP over a PPTP as it is specified in the following link:
http://blog.butchevans.com/2008/09/mikr ... pptp_eoip/

Everything is running fine, the problem happens when I carry out the RFC2544 (bidirectional) test in order to know the throughput.
I am spying the traffic in the internet side and I check that everything is OK, I mean, the traffic between two Routers are PPP (IP address 12.12.10.2 and 12.12.10.1).
When the CPU of the Router Board 750 GL gets 100% during the RFC2544 I start to seeing that there are PPP traffic with IP address 192.168.10.1 and 192.168.10.2. I think this is a bug because it should never be seen the IP tunneling in the internet side?
Can anyone tell me if it is a bug??

NOTE: I am doing this test in mi desk, instead using internet I am using a Switch Ethernet that is the reason the IP address 12.12.10.2 and 12.12.10.1 are in the same network
Kind regards
