Slow Internet on Mikrotik

I am scratching my head on this one. It is something very foolish but I can't work it out.

We have a virgin 100 Meg line which then goes into a Draytek and then into Mikrotek.

If I plug straight into Draytek or Virgin (both have fixed IPs), I am getting full 100 Meg but the moment I am going through Mikrotik, I am getting 1 Meg. so I know it is something in there slowing it down

The setup is:

we have managed switches and about 10 VLANs which provide internet to the offices in the building. The customers request the speed which they want and we give them that which is controlled using Queues.

We have mikrotik with DHCP/VLANS/ Pools/DNS etc configured for each VLAN which are then being handled by Managed switches. That part is working ok. I plugged straight into mikrotik and I get 1meg.

It has been working perfect since last week and it is not working now.

I have reverted the changes back to where it were last, even got a new mikrotik and it is still doing the same.

It looks like something (firewall) is causing some issues.

the firewall is set to Nat - > Masquarade on src-nat.

Any pointers wil be highly appreciated.

are you able to swap in a mikrotik or configuration out of hours that has a clean configuration?

lots of things can cause this such as queues, limits, proxy, route loops ...
