I have a problem with my RB2011-UAS, processor is 100% all the time and when i open profile tool it show this:

on IP->IPSec its empty, no configuration i dont even know how to use ipsec, RB its so slow i cant even make an export on console

Try disable the IPSEC package under /system/packages... then reboot...
