Several questions about: limits, profiles and users.

When I generate multiple users I have, a limit of 999, how can I go over that limit and is it a problem if I do?
When I generate users with, a certain profile lets say "2days hotspot" and then I change the name or the limits like tx/rx rate of the profile do they effect the users generated before the change of the profiles or I need to generate users again?
