I'm need a PtP of 70 km (see attached image), and I need to know if QRT5 close this PtP, the troughput must be 15Mbits halff. . Low Noise and LOS

I dont understand you question, and in the profile you have a "mountain shadow", what is this?
Did you think about the earth curvature? You need add this height in both sides., not just the fressnel zone.
For 70 Km, you need to ADD over the fressnel zone 291 feets.

Link tests are appropriate here.
To measure is to know.
You have no clear fresnel zone.
This can make difficult the link possibilities.
