I need help, I have RB1200 with Firmeware 6.0beta2, I try to update new version 6.23 but not updated

step by step
download de package from oficial web page
all_packages-ppc-6.23
unzip the file and copied to option file in the RB with Winbox
reboot the RB

rb start againg but not update firmeware

I resolved the problem in the following ways:
manufactures a console cable, buy two female terminals and UTP cable (8hilos)
putty application for terminals (terminal windows are frizaba)
via console (putty configured for com1) between the router and configure it to do the boot for network card
then I could PLS the NetInstall application
install the new version of Firmware
then set to do the nand boot again
everything is working smoothly
